I had the best experience here! Passing through on a road trip. They have the most friendly and nice employees. Delicious food and coffee. Relaxing spacious atmosphere. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town.

I usually love going here, the staff is super sweet. But I was kind of bummed when I ordered this, got to the office, and opened these up. Kinda disappointed they were okay with giving these out….

I am a regular at this coffee bar and I can not recommend this place enough. I get a latte every day and the coffee is the perfect blend of (low) bitterness, milk, and sugar I have ever had. They also have a wide range of flavors and syrup varieties to customize your drink to your liking. No other chain or local establishment has tasted as good as consistently as Strata has. They have a small but tasteful collage of food items listed on the drive-through menu and also serve green teas, smoothies, and other such drinks as well for those who do not like coffee, and they are all delicious. The interior is modern and displays local artwork for sale at all times. The location is quiet and comfortable - perfect for a spot to relax or get work done and also for group settings. While the food, drinks, and interior are all exceptional, the real stand-out of this place is the experienced and exemplary staff. All staff members know me (and my order) by name and display the most courteous, kind-hearted, and professional attitude each and every time I stop by. I cannot applaud the staff and owner moreso than by ascribing them the very definition of good customer service. I highly recommend

Stopped by Strata Coffee Bar and had a really nice experience. The coffee was smooth and well-made, and the pastries were fresh and tasty too. The cafe has a cozy, modern vibe that’s great for relaxing or getting some work done. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Solid coffee spot

First off, cute place! Second, friendly staff! But most importantly, it's good espresso! Not bitter or burnt, but still has a strong flavor, which seemed like a good medium roast, nutty, not overly fruity or charcoal tasting. I went with two of my littles, it was pretty busy with patrons already sitting, eating, chatting, and drinking coffee. No one seemed bother I had kids (a complaint in other coffee shops), but my kids were generally quite and remained seated the whole time. I order three sliders, which we shared and my three year old absolutely loved, a half caf Americano with more heavy cream than I like to admit I drink, and a small strawberry banana smoothie. Smoothie was a hit with the kids and it was good! I have been in Amarillo area almost three years and I'm just now trying this place out, and I regret it! Even though I'm in between canyon and Amarillo, making this a spot tucked away not convenient to me, I do think I'll drop in, as it's worth the drive! My only thing, which is small, is the lid they use. I love that it is sturdy and closeable, but the round spout is odd, yes, definitely odd. But I appreciate the sturdier design.
